Yoga is for Every Body and Chair Yoga makes yoga accessible for all levels of flexibility. ​All you need to get started is a chair or wheel chair.  My classes are performed sitting in a chair with suggestions of adaptations offered for different levels of flexibility and mobility.​ Weekly classes on ZOOM Thursdays at 11:00am -12:00 noon. Private Classes also available. Yoga for every-body

My aim is to bring the benefits of yoga to as many people as possible regardless of their physical fitness levels or abilities. Having practiced yoga for years I decided to share my long time love of yoga with others and in 2019 I enrolled in a Teacher Training Certification course at PranaShanti Yoga Center in Ottawa, completing my 200 hour training just as we went into our first Covid lockdown. I chose to specialize in Chair Yoga and Gentle / Adaptive Yoga in order to be able to follow my goal of making yoga accessible to those who otherwise might not be able to practice it. I have certification in teaching Chair Yoga from PranaShanti Yoga Centre and Adaptive/Gentle Yoga from Anjeneya Michael Hutkins Yoga.I am a Registered member of Yoga Alliance International.
